Sylvester Stallone 'leaves The Expendables film franchise and turns down $20 MILLION payday!
Looks like he's expendable after all.
Sylvester Stallone has decided not to return to the Expendables franchise for it's fourth installment, according to Deadline.
On Tuesday, just three days before the news broke, Sly was out and about in Beverly Hills and appeared to be in good spirits.

The 70-year-old actor, who co-wrote the first three movies in the series, is said to be at odds creatively with Nu Image/Millennium chairman Avi Lerner over the direction of the fourth Expendables instalment.
It is rumored the film would have brought Sly the biggest up-front payday of his career with $20 million dollars for taking the part.
All hope may not be lost for fans of the action flicks, Avi told Deadline 'We agreed on 95% of things, but there are certain things in production we don’t agree on. I don’t think it’s over, but write whatever you want.'

However, Deadline reports that Sylvester has withdrawn from the project.
The first three Expendables movies have grossed over $803 million dollars worldwide, $227 million of that in the US.
Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Randy Couture, Terry Crews and Dolth Lundgren have been in all three Expendables films.

Bruce Willis,  Chuck Norris, Liam Hemsworth, Harrison Ford, Mel Gibson and Kelsey Grammar are some of the other actors who have appeared in different parts of the franchise.

The fourth Expendables is meant to be the last, according to Stallone before he withdrew from the project.
Pierce Brosnan is said to be part of the final installment, Vin Diesel, Jack Nicholson and Jackie Chan have all been rumored to be involved as well.(Mailonline)
